  5. Byron McEldry takes things way too far and airs people’s private dirty laundry that I just don’t think should be legal to do so! If you would just ask if they are so-&-so, and when they say yes, just hand them the papers and then say “you’ve been served!” You don’t need to tell them that they are a deadbeat dad or whatever you think about them. You’re going to end up getting really hurt one of these days by getting into people’s personal business. I know I’d be extremely upset if you were to comeat me like that!! You always say, “I don’t understand why he/she got so aggressive – I didn’t want that to go that far.” But YOU made it go there. Your life and job would be a lot less stressful and scary if you’d just serve them the papers. Stay out of their business! There’s 2 (or 3 sides to every story … you just take the word of the plaintiff – I think that’s just being ignorant!
    Shame on TRU-TV

Shame on Tru-TV for airing this show … don’t we have enough drama in life?!

  7. You are right about that. McEldery is just an actor, pretending to be an incompetent, preposterous process server.
